Precious gems nestle within this concrete roundel. The yellow resin dripping into the hand-carved cracks illuminates the work and draws the viewer in, inviting them to touch it. It almost seems fresh, just poured. Concrete is a color, encompassing various shades, from light gray to mustard and then dark gray... it's a work with a moving background.
