A refined lightness defines this work in folded sheet iron; it's up to the viewer to discover what lies within. "Discovery" series. This iconic work is part of the new Discovery series, part of the solo exhibition "Crepe," presented in 2025. The technique of using folded sheet iron stems from a quest for greater three-dimensionality and the need to continually amaze the viewer. When confronted with these pieces, one feels as if something precious lies within this outer shell. What is revealed is always different, with unique nuances of color and interplays of texture.
